All returns must have a authorized return #. Please call us at 201-245-4019 before returning any item for that #, Items without authorized return # will not be accepted Our return policy is quite simple. We will take back any cue within 10 days of purchase, as long as the cue is not chalked and still in it's original condition. If the customer is returning any merchandise because of defect or shipping damage, we will pay for all shipping charges and refund or exchange it at no cost to the customer. If however the customer is returning it for any personal reason other than a defect or shipping damage, we will assess a 10% restocking fee and we will not be responsible for shipping & handling charges. |
